Zoom Fibre Learnership Programme
At Zoom Fibre, we remain committed to developing future talent and creating opportunities that empower individuals to grow both professionally and personally. Our learnership programmes are designed to equip participants with practical skills, industry knowledge, and valuable workplace experience building a strong foundation for long-term career success. We proudly launched our Learnership Programme in 2024.
The 2024 Learnership Programme in End User Computing concluded with 9 learners graduating on 26 June 2025. These individuals demonstrated outstanding dedication, growth, and adaptability throughout their learning journey. Each has since transitioned into the professional environment, where they continue to thrive and contribute meaningfully within their respective roles. Their achievements stand as a testament to both their personal commitment and the supportive guidance provided throughout the programme.
2025 Learnership Intake
The 2025 Learnership Programme in End User Computing commenced in February 2025 with an initial theory phase facilitated by our training partner Diversity Empowerment. In June 2025, the practical phase began, with 4 learners placed within our office environment. They have already begun integrating into the business, engaging in daily operations, and benefiting from ongoing mentorship to support both their professional and personal development.
In addition to the 2025 learnership intake, 4 employees are currently enrolled in an Employed Learnership for Technical Support, also facilitated by Diversity Empowerment. This initiative ensures that our existing workforce continues to develop new skills and enhance their expertise.
